Here is my entry for the Paper Players Color Challenge 59:

Paper Players Color Challenge 59 Card

I used the Happy Birthday stamp from the Stampin’ Up Perfect Punches stamp set. Use the Extra-Large Oval punch to cut out the stamp perfectly.

Based on this weeks colors:
